I have attended quite a number of virtual seminars recently and I noted that the caption seems to be all the rage. I noticed that it’s used more now when work from home has become the norm than it was in the past. Could it be because of the stress of Covid-19 or is it because persons are now working in many instances longer hours? Or is it because the lines have been blurred between work hours and home hours?

I’ve seen the push towards meditation even more than in the pass. I guess for some self care starts with the mind. If the mind is restless and you are not happy then does it affect the body? I think so. It’s taking one day at a time, not the future not the past but the now. I know we have been hearing this even more but could it be true? We have to focus on the now and ourselves. Without this how will we be able to focus on the family or the job? Burnout is not nice or kind. Take care of you.

How do you take care of yourself? I really want to know what you are thinking, and I know others do too. Try commenting 👍🏽, but if you are not comfortable, reach out to me via any medium.
