Choices in life

… The thing is we should make the choices with eyes wide open, well some of us do. Some have the eyes wide open but are really closed and I mean closed really tight. Do we keep the eyes closed because we want to pretend that we don’t see what is happening around us? Or is it that we have on blinders and are forced to see what is ahead? We are not able to see what’s going on around us? …

Privilege

It’s a major thing because you didn’t have to wake up as anything could have happened. Life is important and precious, we should know and understand that and accept it. That’s why I will always say life is for living. Living at your best makes you look around and see that there is so much more to life than work.

Tis the season

It’s the only time of year that you will have some persons showing that they are not as unapproachable and gruff as they appear the rest of the year. Is it a front or do they allow the festivities and feelings of the Christmas to just take them over and or overwhelm them?

Plans gone astray

If I don’t do that others will have full control of your time and by extension your life. That I won’t allow. Why would I allow work to take over all other aspects of my life?

Why Worry

Why worry when most of it won’t happen anyway. I guess it’s human nature to fret when it’s not necessary. If I sat ruminating on what could happen I would never live my life at all as everything would be focused on worrying that I might get sick.

Secret sauce to life

He and I argued a lot because I just figured he was not the boss of me and so therefore should not be telling me what to do. He didn’t care that I was grown. The fact is I am my father’s child and I figure that’s why we butted heads just a little too often.
