When the universe offers you what you asked for please jump at the opportunity because if you don’t it will be rescinded. There is no doubt in my mind that this is true. I try not to let opportunities run away from me. I think of that parable in the Bible that talks about the talents and those that have more and used them got even more, while those that didn’t use the little they had lost everything. Think about it, you ask for something and when it’s offered you are either preoccupied with something else or thinking it’s too much work. Why do persons think what they request will be handed to them on a silver platter? That’s not how life is. Even if you win the lotto you initially had to get up and go buy it. You have to put in some sort of effort to get to where you want.
This is why I love that quote from the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” This quote has become my mantra. Let the universe know what is required from it and it will give you what you want or close enough. I believe this, what about you? Although sometimes it might not happen when you are looking out for it. Sometimes it happens later or when we least expect it. Just know you must be willing to do whatever is needed to have it work for you.
When you ask you have to be looking out for the opportunity that will be presented. It will come tap you in the shoulder and you have to make sure you turn around and face it. I know persons that have asked and it has been presented but they are scared of taking that step. It looks scary but is it really. What’s on the other side of fear? What’s the worst that can happen? It might not go exactly as you think it should but try and do it any way. Jump the net will appear.
